Delivery timelines
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Estimated delivery times from dispatch: Metro cities — 3–5 days. Other cities — 5–8 days.
(We ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase — see Shipping below for details.)


Ordering & Cancellation

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, cancellations are at the discretion of Red Raven Store.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Email support@redravenstore.in with your order number, purchase details and reason for cancellation. Include any relevant screenshots or transaction references.

Note for customized orders: You can request cancellations or modifications within 12 hours of purchase. Production begins after 24 hours, so once production starts we generally cannot cancel or modify the order.


Shipping

Q: When do you ship my order?
A: We dispatch orders within 1–42business days of the order being placed.

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details by email. Use the courier’s tracking link to follow delivery progress.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges — General

Q: Do you accept returns?
A:

  • No returns or refunds for customized items (see customized section below).

  • We accept returns for size issues, but return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • For other returns (including damaged items), returns may be accepted subject to the conditions below.

Q: What do I need to do if my product is damaged or defective?
A: Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and send all of the following to support@redravenstore.in:

  1. Clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage (whole product in view).

  2. A photo of the packaging showing the shipping label.
    We will review and respond with return/exchange instructions.

Q: Where do I send returns?
A: Mail the product to the nearest warehouse address we provide by email. Do not send returns before receiving the warehouse address and return authorization from us.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers pay return shipping costs (shipping costs are non-refundable). If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tip: For returns over ₹1,000 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee we’ll receive an uninsured returned item.


Refunds

Q: How long does a refund take?

  • For standard returns: once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.

  • For eligible customized-item refunds (see customized rules below): refunds are processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method.

Q: I haven’t received my refund — what should I do?

  1. Check your bank/ card account again — sometimes refunds take time to post.

  2. Contact your card issuer/bank (they may need extra processing time).

  3. If you still don’t see the refund after those steps, email support@redravenstore.in and we’ll investigate.


Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or have sizing issues. To request an exchange, email support@redravenstore.in. For size exchanges, return the product in the same, unused condition; once we receive it, we will dispatch the replacement.

Q: Is there a deadline for exchanges?
A: Please inform us by WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving the product for size exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this 3-day window.


Return & Exchange Policy for Customized Football Jerseys

Q: Can I return or exchange a customized jersey?
A: Generally no — customized football jerseys are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Exceptions:

  • If the jersey is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a replacement or refund. To qualify:

    • Report the issue within 3 days of receipt.

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    • Provide clear photos showing the defect or the error.

Q: What about refunds or replacements for customized jerseys?
A: If eligible, refunds are processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method. Replacements for defective or incorrectly produced jerseys will be shipped at no additional cost.


Helpful Reminders

  • Always keep the product UID (barcode sticker) until you’re satisfied with the item.

  • For damaged/defective claims, clear photos/videos and the packaging/shipping label speed up processing.

  • For cancellations, email support@redravenstore.in within 12 hours of purchase.

  • For size exchanges, contact us within  3 days of delivery.
